On September 21, 2023, October 5, 2023, and October 19, 2023, BBB attempted to contact Funny Fuzzy regarding patterns of complaints. BBB received complaints alleging Funny Fuzzy is delivering products to their consumers that do not appear to be what is being advertised. There has also been a concern about the quality of the products being delivered. Furthermore, Consumers are not receiving the 14-days policy refund and there has been a lack of response from Funny Fuzzy after the product has been returned. As of November 2, 2023, Funny Fuzzy has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about such business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.

    I’ve attempted to request a return of my item, per the website and return instructions in early December. The responses were very sparse, only replying back every 4-5 days at a time. Each time they would offer 25-40% refund if I kept the item. I declined their offer and wanted a return for quality issues with the bedding. They replied “give us 72hours and we’ll reach back out to you”. That was now over 4 days ago. And over 84 hours later. I cannot get a response and it feels more like a scam with every email exchange. This company should not be allowed to do business and I’m requesting a full refund including shipping the return due to quality issues

    I placed an order with Funny Fuzzy for my dog. The items are to small. I have email them at least seven or eight times. I have yet to receive a respnonse to my last email

    I purchased a dog bed from Funny Fuzzy, and the day I received the item, I emailed the company immediately to let them know I wanted to return it. I opened the item and saw that it was made for maybe a toy. The size of the listing said large dog bed, yet the item is not large, medium, or even for a small dog. It would not comfortably fit a toy dog. The company took forever to respond and asked me for photos, and I sent the photos back right away. After a few days with no response, I sent them another email, and they responded that they needed photos, and I said I already sent photos. After going back and forth, the company asked if I would keep it for 20% off. I said no because the dog bed was unusable. They came back and told me how about 40% off. finally, I said sure because this was going on for 3 weeks after multiple emails. I opened the dog bed and put it together, and the zipper would not close. It was torn. I went and said forget it. Your dog bed is broken, and I refuse to keep it. Please provide me with a return slip so I can return it. It has now been 4 days with no response, and I would like my money back ASAP. The company has no real information on its site. It seems like it's a fraudulent company and misleading buys.

    On November 27th, I ordered a dog bed from FunnyFuzzy on their website. It arrived and it wasn't the size I needed. It's unused and I tried emailing their customer support on December 7th to try and initiate the return process, per the instructions on their website. I've sent multiple follow-up emails and nobody is getting back to me and there's no phone number to call and speak to anyone. I just want to return the unused dog bed and get a refund, but they're refusing to return my emails, making it impossible to start the return process. I've gone ahead and submitted a Consumer Complaint with the Iowa Attorney General's Office.

    I purchased 2 pet beds on 11/21/24 in the amount of $87.61. Since I have never received the items, I sent an email directly to customer requesting the refund to my Visa card. I did receive one email offering me 20% off the total if I decided to keep the pet beds; however I have already found something else and DO NOT WANT THE ITEMS. As of 12/19/24, I still have not received anything from this company and want to get my refund issued immediately.

    This business FunnyFuzzyPets, sold me steps for my dog but they were too short. I contacted them the day it arrived. It took a month and dozens of back and forth emails to get an address and instructions of where and how to return. I returned the steps on nov 21, 2024 and it was delivered no. At 12:25 to Monroe Township, NJ 26, 2024. I have continued to email them asking for my refund of $77.94 but as yet have not received any monies. It has been 2 months since I ordered them. Please help me.

    I was given $68 but $77 was taken out of my  bank account.   If the remaining is supposed to be shipping then I paid it so I believe also.....I remove the rest.After many, many emails they finally sent me directions for return and then someone else started telling me I couldn't send it back and it started all over but I didn't give up.   I just want the rest of my money

    Order #********* - Chessboard Plaid Handcrafted Dog Stairs with Storage - Quantity 1 - USD $95.42 - Received November 17, 2024 Returned via *** December 1, 2024 to ********* *** ********** *** ***** **** ****** ********* ** *****, Tracking No. ******************. Funny Fuzzy continues to stall on issuing a refund to me for $95.42 Order No. *********. It was received November 17, 2024. I found it to be unusable and requested a return address from them so that I could return the item. It took them 11 days to provide me with the return address. I sent the item back to them via *** on December 1, 2024. I’m still waiting for my refund. They continue to email me stating they are attempting to resolve the issue.

    I placed an order with Funny Fuzzy on November 19, 2024 and paid extra for shipping protection. ORDER #********* I received notification that UniUni would be handling the final delivery of my remaining package that totaled $52.13, excluding the shipping protection. I received a confirmation email from UniUni on December 1, 2024 that my package was delivered and a photo of the front porch. The picture was not my front porch. I immediately contacted Funny Fuzzy and they told me I needed to reach out to UniUni and they provided me with their contact information on December 5, 2024. I had already submitted a delivery issue to UniUni using the contact form on their website and didn’t hear back so I called them on December 1, 2024. I was on hold for a long time so I hung up. I called back on December 5, 2024 and waited on hold for over an hour and finally spoke to someone who said they would send me an email and I was to respond back with a picture of my front porch and then I would hear back regarding my case within 48 hours and they would most likely be sending me a letter that I could submit to Funny Fuzzy for a refund. I immediately responded to the email with the requested photo. I did not hear back from the company so I called them again on December 11, 2024 and waited on hold for an hour and a half before speaking to someone who said I would receive an email and resolution within 24 hours. I received the email the same day stating they would get back to me in 24 hours and when I didn’t hear back from them I replied to the email on December 16, 2024 to let them know I was still waiting for a response and would be contacting the BBB. It is December 18, 2024 and I still have not heard back from them.

    I just wanted to provide an update. After filing a separate complaint with ****** against Funny Fuzzy, and due to their unresponsiveness to ******, ****** ruled in my favor and I received the requested refund.

    The product received was not as advertised. I’ve been trying for days to get ahold of them to return the product but no one will respond to my emails and they do not have a phone number listed to call.

    I ordered a dog bed 11/26/24 and received the item 12/14/24. The bed is much smaller than listed and very very cheaply made. The outer piece is falling apart and it's stuffed with very cheap pillows. It serves no purpose as you can feel the hard floor under it and it boasts being an orthopedic bed for dogs. I have written to the company daily for the last several days without a single response regarding a return or refund. There isn't another way to contact them.
