    Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased my headphones along with an extended 2yr warranty in August of 2023. Have had zero problems and have been happy with the headphones themselves. My right headphone has been distorted for about the last 10 days and clearly needs replacement. I am now on my 5th email of troubleshooting with them. I just got an email last night to send them a video of my headphones as to why they are not working. How exactly is a video going to prove that?! This is hands down the worst customer service and they are trying to not honor the warranty that I paid for

    I ordered a pair of Between Pro headphones from Status. The package arrived with the packaging fully intact, the box shrink wrapped, but there were no headphones or charging case inside. I reached out to Status through their website contact form (the only way of reaching them) twice, but never received even a confirmation email or response. They promise a response within 24 hours or sooner.

    On November 21st, I purchased a pair of headphones from Status Audio (Order Number: *******). Initially, the product met my expectations, but I soon encountered technical issues. The right earpiece ceased functioning, and the left earpiece began emitting a crackling sound. Given the recent purchase, these problems are unexpected and indicate a potential defect in the product.My primary concern, however, extends beyond the malfunctioning product. I have attempted to contact Status Audio multiple times for assistance, adhering to their suggested channels of communication. Unfortunately, my efforts have been met with complete silence. This lack of response is not an isolated incident but part of a concerning pattern of customer service neglect reported by other customers as well.This situation leaves me not only with a defective product but also without any recourse for support or resolution from the company.

    I bought the 3 ANC pro earbuds on black Friday. The right one will not hold a charge at all. After trying to contact them with no response or resolution. Would be nice to get a refund

    I purchased ear buds off of their website on 11/27/2023. I contacted them via email the following day 11/28/2023 letting them know that I wanted to cancel the order. They contacted me back via email in less than 10 minutes letting me know the ear buds had shipped, and they couldn't cancel on their end anymore. They advised me to reach out to support once they arrived and request to return. I sent multiple emails starting on 12/2/2023 and requests through their website to no avail. I have contacted them via their social media accounts with no response. I just want to return these ear buds and be refunded, as their website boasts a 30 day money back guarantee for any reason. I was quick to get a reply when I asked about cancelling when they told me they shipped, and now they are dragging their feet to get back to me within 30 days.

    I purchased the Between 3ANCs back in April 2023. Last month, I lost the sound and some of the touch functions in the right earbud. Since they are still under the 1 year warranty, I reached out through their email to find out how I can get a replacement. I made sure there were no obstruction down in the nozzles and then followed the steps they provided to do a hard reset and then an individual one. Nothing worked. I was told that my request for a replacement was approved but I needed to provide a recording of the issue. When I asked how to record what with what and how do I make a recording of these ear buds while using music or video streaming? I was ghosted. No one has responded to my emails in a few weeks.

    I ordered these headphones over 2 weeks ago, recieved them 10 days ago, and submitted a request for return 9 days ago. They won't respond to my request or my emails. I've requested twice on their website and sent them 3 emails. I've commented on their social media and left a bad review on their website which I'm sure they won't keep. Alot of others are having the same issue with this company. They have no call center and do not return even though they promise 30 day no questions asked returns.

    On the 27th of October I purchased the Status 3ANC Earbuds from Status Audio. After trying it for a few days, i decided to return it as I opted for an alternative option. I reached out to their customer service department to initiate a return and a return label was e mailed to me on the 3rd of November. I immediately packaged the product and shipped it back to the merchant using their return label. After a few weeks, i noticed that my credit card was not refunded so i tried calling them. They don't have a phone number and the only means to communicate with them was through e mail. I sent the an e mail but didnt receive a reply. I then send multiple e mails on different days afterwards and never received a reply. I then called my credit card company and filed a dispute to retreive my money. It's unfortunate that there are still companies around that operate in this fashion and it's our reposibilty to share our experiences to help others avoid such a trap.

    I received a defective pair of earbuds. The right earbud will not hold a charge and becomes extremely hot!! I have written to them 5 times via email and through forms on their website. Ive also provided photos showing the issue. Even though their website says they will get in touch in 24 hours or less, I have gotten no replies.Their no questions asked refund policy is for only 30 days and Im trying to get this taken care of before that time runs out. Given that I have received no replies from customer service Im very concerned about that.Im attaching 5 photos (screen captures from the Status 3ANC app) that clearly show the time the photo was taken and the charge level of the right earbud. You can clearly see it dips from 75% to 21% in 5 minutes!! There is no way of showing the rise in temperature of the battery, but it gets so hot you cannot touch it.
