    I have been attempting to contact this merchant to return a product starting 5 days after it arrived at my home. The merchant does NOT respond via email, or via their chat service - there is no clear way to return this product with out their assistance. They claim a 30 day money back no questions asked return/refund except they do not make it clear how to do that and then when you do finally find the button to request a refund return it does nothing.

    I contacted status and said my earpods were not charging they told me to send them back *** to the ******** office I did so and they received them I got them as a gift I did not buy them they claim they need the owners information who bought them well their status audio earbuds not anywhere else so we had to buy them from you the company kept emailing and emailing no answer no can't find your product I would like the company to email me and call me or send me back my status Pro repaired earbuds

    Bought the. Status Beyond 3ANC August.Many issues with which remain unresolved because I continue receiving the same responses each of the several times I requested help. They do not offer phone support, so you have to wait for an email. Was also told I would receive a credit card for 20% of the purchase price. That never arrived.The sound they rave about in their ad campaign is. mediocre and over these earbuds are junk.Although I am a little past the return window, I tried to use them, but could not get past the problems.     Bought headphones and right out of the box the microphone doesnt work. Bought these because they claim to have 4 microphones for "excellent call quality" and none of the right earbud mics work?? Contacted the company through the contact form and emailed them and still no response after a week? I was a little worried about buying something from a company that I had never heard of and It was a huge mistake. Now im out $150 for some earbuds that dont even work right. I have $40 earbuds that have dual mics and work great for phone calls. Dont buy all the hype that Status blows up on Instagram huge ripoff. They dont even have a phone number you can call.

    Purchased online Saturday 3/18 but received similar bday gift that nite so immed emailed status audio to cancel order. They do not have a phone number listed (very odd and a red flag) anywhere on website nor a link to cancel order. I have not received a reply after 3 additional emails requesting my cancellation yet my credit card has been processed for $160. A tracking number has not been issued so obviously my purchase hasnt shipped yet so a cancellation should have been easy Their communication and customer service is the absolute worse Ive ever experienced

    Purchased in December 2022 before Christmas and the right headphone started to malfunction February 1, 2023. Right headphone has a high-pitch static noise and won't connect or charge. **************** WILL NOT respond to emails.
