    Status Audio will not cooperate, I now have a 3rd defective set of ear buds/headphones, all the same issue, the right ear piece quits, won't reset, won't charge, within in weeks of receiving. This is the 3rd set, they refuse to refund but instead continue to send me defective product and play games. They have no phone to contact, and customer service will not cooperate. These are defective. Sound great for two weeks, then begin to fail then ultimately fail. I'm done with replacements and want a full refund.

    I purchased a pair of Status Between Pro earbuds. I had an issue where the right earbud didn't work - it either wouldn't pair or when it did, it produced a staticky sound instead of music. It didn't transmit any audio during calls. Customer Support gave me troubleshooting tips to fix the issue. They did not work. I requested a full refund. Support asked for another chance and sent me a second set.The second set was received and within a matter of a week or 10 days began to experience problems. The right earbud again wouldn't connect properly. I reached out again. They gave me some more tips. This time, I was able to get the earbud to connect but the battery on the right earbud went from 100% to 0% in the same time the left earbud went from 100 - 92%. Meanwhile, the left earbud didn't transmit audio clearly. Ultimately, I requested a refund. This was outside the 30-day period of the second delivery, but since 3 out of 4 earbuds didn't work, it felt reasonable.I was told the 1-year warranty on defects did not apply any longer because I already received a replacement set. Apparently, they only fix one issue but do not tell the consumer. They have refused me a refund or replacement. I want a refund so I don't have to work with a product that doesn't meet its promise or warranty.Here is the warranty from https://www.status.co/pages/contact as written on 8/24/2022 1 Year Warranty Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit.After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.

    I ordered 2 sets of earpods from Status Audio for which they guaranteed a no-questions-asked return policy. I pre-paid $228.00 and they were delivered as promised. I tried them and was very unsatisfied with the product. They fell out of my ears and when I emailed asking for a Return Material Authorization, they simply offered a 10% discount. I asked for my complete refund and now they refuse to respond. Nothing.

    Hello, thanks for bringing this up. The customer already received a pre-paid return label and refund was issued once we received the product back to our warehouse.

    I ordered a set of earbuds off of this company. We never received the product. I tried to contact them via email (that's their only means of communication). They don't respond. At this point, I just want the product or a refund.

    The customer contacted us 3 times and we responded to each case asking to provide more details about the order. The customer never replied to our messages and wasn't able to provide an order number, email used to place an order or any other relevant information to help us locate the order in our system. We will be happy to help if the customer can provide more details about their issue and order number.

    On Thursday Feb 24,2022 I received an text message from Status Audio I had purchased a pair of earphones from. The text was about the product below best product deal company going to focus on two products so I went to the website the very same day and guess what they that product they where praising and hyping and on sale that very day was SOLD OUT!! Wait what?! How is that possible?!? Oh I know how they had like 5 or 6 in the office no need to go to the warehouse. I send the company an email they say yes so sorry we sold out and have no inventoryBut we due have these that you may like are other customers love them blah blah blah etc I write them back saying I know a bait and switch when I see one and that I will be reporting you which I am sure you dont care about. Im a woman of my word so am reporting Status Audio: Hey there, you can still get BT One for only $39, ya know?We've decided to concentrate on true wireless and over-ear ANC headphones for now, so you can grab BT One at half price until we run out of stock (which will likely be real soon)!Grab 'em while you can: ************************ Text STOP to opt-out ************************************

    The promotion for this product sold out very quickly and therefore was not available this person. 

    There isn't any foul-play or "bait and switch" as the writer claims, the deal simply sold out quickly and was no longer available. They did not transact with our business, in any way whatsoever. This is a completely baseless complaint.
