I emailed Kaiyo and sent photos of a B&B Italia Sofa to ask about their selling it for me, so that I got commission on the sale. The sofa sold and I recieved and email from Kaiyo on 7.7.24 saying I would receive $1750.32, Since then, they have not responded to emails and do not allow you to leave voicemails. I know learned that the company is being taken over by a different company. I used Kaiyo to sell my furniture on May 2nd, 2024. Kaiyo is a business that sells used furniture on your behalf, takes a cut, and then pays the rest out to you. My furniture was sold and I requested a pay out in the amount of ****** on July 1st, 2024. The reason that I requested late is because Kaiyo never told me the item sold. It wasn't until I checked the site. Since that request I have received several emails that say something like this (actual email) Hi Danainan,Thank you for reaching out regarding the status of your cash out.We understand your concern, and are working hard to provide an update for you. At this time, we are experiencing delays with cashing out and do not currently have an *** on when this will be resolved. We appreciate your patience. With care,Shai This email is from July 29th. Since then, on the site, Kaiyo has shut down operations since September 20th. I still have not received my pay out, and I know there are several other people who are in the same situation as me. If I knew I wouldn't get paid, I wouldn't have sold my couch in the first place. They sold the couch for *******

I sold a piece of furniture through Kaiyo. They picked up the bed on May 28th, it was then sold, and on August 30th I requested a payout of the $146.08 I was owed. The payout confirmation said I would receive a payment within 7-10 business days. On September 23rd, i still had not been paid so i emailed Kaiyo for an update and received no response. On October 1st, I emailed again to ask about the payment, and received this response: "We understand you are concerned with receiving the payout on your item. Currently, Furnishare dba Kaiyo is in the initial phase of doing an orderly wind down of the Company. Due to the current situation, we are not able to complete your payout at this time. In due course you will receive communications on how to file a claim (Proof of Claims)."Kaiyo sold and profited off of my furniture item, and I believe I am owed a payout even if they are winding down operations.

Consigned a credenza with Kaiyo in June 2024 (Order #******). August 3rd I was informed that the item had sold and was successfully delivered/accepted by the new owner. I was told I could cash out and selected to have payment sent to me by check. I was told it would take 7-10 business days. After not receiving any payout, I contacted customer service on August 19th and was told a business wind down was taking place and I would be notified of how to make a claim for my payout of $112.64. I am seeking help in obtaining my $112.64, however, I have no way of contacting the company any more and have received no communications from them without initiating it myself.

Kaiyo picked up my sectional couch. It should have sold for around $500+ but then I was told that my cashout would only be $125.84. After they failed to pay this, I was told they are going bankrupt and that I am out of luck. I demand that I get my $125.84 as owed!

I sold 5 gorgeous ivory leather dining room chairs and my grandparents dining room table on Kaiyo this summer. The chairs sold for a list price of $1228.00, of which I should have received $386.82 in commission. The dining room table sold for $1084.00, of which I should have received $325.20. I have received none of my earnings. I emailed them MULTIPLE times and they told me they are shutting down and I should expect an email with how to file my claims to receive my money back from them, but the email still has not come. It has been over a month and I just want the money that I am owed ($712.02).
