    I trust you're doing well!I'm ****, a Manager at Wing. We've received your complaint regarding being billed for services, despite not contracting with Wing. Unfortunately, our attempt to search for an account using your name, email, and phone number has been unsuccessful, and we lack your card information to identify the charged card. Despite our efforts to contact you by phone, unfortunately, we have not been able to reach you or receive any guidance with regards to this matter. As we're unable to locate the transaction, it may be advisable for you to file a dispute with your bank to reclaim your money and consider blocking the card for privacy protection.

    I want them to give my account number and pin back so I can transfer my number.My phone was stolen and I requested a new *** card which never arrived. this happened on June 25 2023. They keep trying to charge for a service that I don't use, and told me to pay for September despite knowing about the situation and knowing that I have never received the *** card. I want my account number and pin so I can transfer my phone number.

    I purchased a device and they gave me a time frame I would receive it and then when I call they extend the timeframe and then they say they will call back and they dont have the proper representative call me back. They say they dont have any US representatives who can help.

    I canceled my phone service on August 8th 2023. I had made my cell phone payment on August 6th 2023 and it was posted on August 8, 2023 for $121.07. I called to cancel the service and asked for a refund and they said they would send an inquiry. They bill a month ahead so a refund was in order. I haven't used their services for the whole month of August and yet they want to keep my payment. I just want my money back since I haven't use their service.

    I decided to change phone services. **** made it very hard to obtain the info to be able to port out our phone lines. Then as we are still trying to port out our lines they charge me a full months service! And they are refusing to refund me! That is ****** they where not authorized to charge me.

    I understand that you have a feedback when it comes to the time it took you to be able to port-out. Please take note that it may really take time for you to be able to port-out and one of the requirement to be able to port-out your number is that your line must be active which explains your plan to renew. 

    We have also reached out to you confirming that we have refunded the amount charged to you when your plan renewed while porting out but we haven't recieved a response.

    Over the last 12 months I have cancelled my cell phone line with Wing. My wife cancelled her line with **** as well. To our surprise Wing billed her for service that she cancelled, we called them again to cancel her line again but the following month they billed her again. Each time we called them, they assured us it was cancelled,yet the next month they tried to bill her again. They didn't succeed because she had to change her card number due to them. Now I have had to deal with them again for my son. We had to call Wing four times because each time they said it was cancelled. A month goes by and they changed his bank card, so we called to get this resolved, again they said it was cancelled. Two months go by and again they charged his bank card. We called them again and got the same answer. It's cancelled. My son changed carriers so we had to call them to port out the number so he could use it with his new cell phone carrier. Two months go by and suddenly my wife gets an email saying they tried to charge her card, but it didn't work, for my son's cancelled account. So I logged into the account and it showed a balance owed for my son's phone service. I had to call them again and ask why a balance was owed if the service was cancelled and they ported out his number. They erased the balance owed, was told the line was definitely cancelled. I guess we shall see in the coming months. **** refused to refund the three charges that were done, even though they said it was cancelled each time we called.

    My plan was upgraded with a credit on the account, the business then called the next day stating the credit was a glitch in the system and I was responsible for their mistake. My service has not been working for over a week. I said I wanted to cancel and the refuse to give me information to cancel. They have put me into a payment arrangement that i did NOT agree to and keep telling me there is nothing they can do because I upgraded. I have explained over and over that I upgraded with the premise of a credit on my account. I want to be refunded for my entire service and let out of this crappy company.

    This is my second complaint regarding my issue. I am trying to leave Wing cell carrier and they refuse to give me a pin so I can use my current phone number. I received a pin for the other 2 phones I have under the plan, but my specific phone I have no pin for. This has been going on since June it is now September. I need this resolved ASAP.

    Since 8/30/22 I had been having issues with my cellular data. I was unable to use my data and I contacted customer service several times with no avail. I went a week without data, It randomly started working then it would go down a few days later. Each time I contacted support, they created a ticket but no one followed up. I have since left the carrier and found a provider that can better suit my needs with better customer service.
