    We placed an order with Blatant on August 6, 2024 for a sublimated lacrosse uniform for the Fall-Winter season. They indicated on their invoice that the order would take 5-6 weeks. We didn't receive the uniform until January 16, 2025 which was 12 weeks late AND after our entire season ended. We reached out to Blatant to let them know this happened on January 27th and we received a response that someone would contact us but we still haven't heard back from them. We might have had more patience with them had this not been the SECOND time this has happened to us (with a completely DIFFERENT club), and our patience is wearing thin. Interesting when I land on the BBB site to log the complaint and see the multitude of complaints for the exact same problem we have experienced twice. We will NEVER use them again and if we find out a club is using them, we will warn them of their history.

    On 12/12/2024 I placed an order for a singular jacket. After weeks and weeks of trying to contact a costumer service representative I have gotten updates that are not actual updates because I do not believe my order is actually being made and I am being scammed. All I would like to know is if my order is actually being made or did I just waste $90. This is the worst company I have ever ordered product from, they do not care about their costumers and are just robbing you of your money.

    On October 15, I purchased $142.90 of apparel for my granddaughter. The order confirmation said Team Store Items" take approximately ***** business days for production.ORDER NO. #***** October 15, 2024It has been almost eight weeks and I still have not received my order. I have called several times and left a voicemail asking about the status of the order. No one called me back until I called and left a voicemail with sales stating I wanted to place a $6000 order and then a man called me back within the hour. I told him I just wanted to check the status of my order because no one has called me back and he told me that it would be shipped the following week (which was the week of November 18th. It did not ship that week either, as I still do not have the order. I emailed the company telling them I was opening a complaint with the BBB and ******** emailed back saying it was set to ship the next week. Still it did not ship. I emailed again last night and received an email this morning stating it will ship next week. My granddaughters dance is almost over, Ive paid $142, and still do not have the merchandise. We received an email from the dance instructor stating they received so many complaints about Blantant taking so long that they have found another store to order from.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I waited eight weeks to receive my package after being told over and over again "it is coming next week", and then not even answering or returning phone calls, until I made this complaint with the BBB. Then I received a phone call and then I received my order. I should not have had to wait eight weeks for an order that was advertised as taking 10 - 14 days. I should have received updates from the business when the order was not expected to ship on time. It's sad that it takes registering a complaint to get something resolved, and if you read the reviews I have not been the only one. Imagine the number of complaints from people who do not take the time to file with the BBB. Our team has changed vendors because of their continued lack of response and extended ship and or production times. In order to receive a call back the first time when I experienced issues, I had left my name, order number and number and non one responded, but when I called and left a message that I was a business and wanted to make a $6,000 order, I received a call back within 20 minutes. I spent over $130 for two articles of clothing for my granddaughter and a cheap bag that took eight weeks to be shipped. I will never order from this business again.

    I, along with my entire team, purchased items from this store twice. Once on September 8th and once on September 23rd. Nothing has arrived. I have contacted the customer service through email and have been told 4 times in the past month, that items are shipping that week or even that day. Nothing has shipped. The company has not offered any sort of reimbursement or legitimate responses. Myself and my team are out 100s of dollars right now, with no end in site as to when we can expect our merchandise. Many of which was intended to be given to our girls as Holiday gifts.

    The other order was placed for sublimated uniform items, which are placed as a bulk order with other members of the team after the deadline, and do take several weeks to complete, but are always delivered before the season starts.

     I am still missing a non uniform item, that I have even told multiple times would ship out today, and my entire team is missing a bulk sweatshirt order that were promised to us by Christmas. Tomorrow is Christmas and we do not have them.

    I purchased team apparel items for my family from the team store on September 21. My daughter wanted to wear these items for her tournaments, which are now over. It is now November 21 and I still have not received my items. The company keeps telling me the items are on their way and they never ship. On 11/4 I was told it was going to ship this week. On 11/20, I was told they are waiting for 2 more shirts. I was given a 15% discount but I feel that is not enough!

    Hello, I placed an order for team apparel for my daughter's lacrosse team on9/14/2024. Blatant states that items will ship within 6 weeks on their website. When my item had not shipped within 6 weeks, I reached out to them (11/1/2024) and they apologized and assured me that me item would ship that week. It did not so reached out again (11/11/24) and they assured me again that my item would ship that week and offered at 15% refund which I accepted. I asked them if I could change one of my items since they now had new clothing items which my daughter would prefer. I wanted to change my order from straight leg sweat pants to cuffed sweatpants since this was not offered in September, but was offered in November. They apologized and said it was too late, which gave me hope that my item would have shipped. It still did not ship so i reached out to them again today and she states that it will ship this week. I am doubtful that it will ship this week. I am frustrated that they are not honest about their turnaround time and I am not allowed to exchange one like item for another when it has not been printed on yet. I am reporting to you because I am not certain that I will receive my product at all at this point. I would also like to make the change to my order that I had requested since my item has not even been made. I am also reporting them just to make you aware. As parents this is the only place where I can order apparel for my daughter's team and it is very frustrating that her apparel is coming after her season is over. I have already contacted the coach and they are looking at other team gear stores for in the future due to the number of parent complaints. Thank you for your time.

    We received an early enrollment into the Rebels North which is part of Blatant LLC for the fall 24/25 season. We went ahead and signed up and we paid the fee of $2250plus processing in full. On August 5th we received an email that ****** would not be fielding a Fall season. So, I reached out asking who to contact about getting our money back and we were provided with ******* ******* CEO. I reach out since we hadn't received any notice stating we would be refunded and ******** response was "Yes, refunds are being worked on," I gave it 3 weeks and reached back out asking about the refund and his response was " Thanks for your patience. It only allows to refund a certain amount each day. I will move you guys to the top!" First of all, I have never heard of a refund only being allowed a certain amount each day. I tried a 3rd email letting him know that I am in aww that we have yet to receive anything, and I did not receive any response back. I came here to BBB and see that I am not the only one in the predicament. I work to hard to lose $2500, and for someone to take advantage of people in this economy is cruel. All I was is my money back and to make him look bad for his awful management of ****** *********

    I am just following up regarding the issue with Blatant. We finally received a full payment back from them. I wish I wouldn't have needed to go this route, but I was left with no choice. I do appreciate you stepping in and helping out.
