    Continue to get automated calls saying I need to contact them. All I ever get is put on hold. I have NEVER had any business with them and my phone is on the do not call list! I have texted them and told them if they want to say anything to send a text EXPLAINING exactly what they want. They NEVER ask for anyone by name. I want to know what kind of scam they are running here. Prefer that they be charged for violation of do-not-call because they NEVER indicate that anyone OWES any debt.

I have had that phone number marked as Do Not Call, and apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.     I reached out to them by text telling them to text me with whatever they wanted.  No replies.  Whenever I called, I sat on hold, forever....  No one ever answered.

    I believe this company is in violation of the do not call list.  To be exempt, like 'debt collectors' are, they must HAVE a real person and a real debt that they are trying to make contact about, not just blanket robo calls to who knows how many people.

    I believe they should be held liable for these calls and be made to pay restitution for EACH call.  Dozens of calls starting in October of 2021.

    I just received a call from a Mr ******* regarding an apparent bill I owe the school? All of my loans are up to date and I have no idea what this is about. It was creepy and scammy. I don't want called again.

    I have reviewed the complaint submitted by Ms. ******** and the account itself.  Ms. ********’ spoke to our representative, who attempted to review the account with her, but that call was disconnected.  Since Ms. ******** has requested no further contact with our office, I have instructed to have the account returned to the client.

    I continuously get calls harassing me about student debt I owe them! I don't owe them anything! I complained before and was advised they would quit calling me and I am still getting calls constantly! I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY YOU! I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING. Stop harassing me!

    I have reviewed the complaint submitted by Ms. ******** and the account that she previously had in our office.  The account this office had on *** ******** was closed and returned to the client on 05/24/2022.   The phone number that is currently being called(###-###-####) is associated with an account that was assigned to our office on another person. I am requesting to have that account returned to the client.

    Called me and sent me a letter claiming I owe a defaulted student debt with the Ohio Attorney general. All of my student loans are up to date, I have ZERO defaulted debts. This is some sort of scam. I have no business with this company and never want to be contacted in any form again.

    Keeps leaving messages about a debt owed; however he never asks for or mentions any persons name. I've had at least 5-6 calls over the past 6 months, the latest one being at the end of February, 2022.

    I keep receiving robo phone calls from Schueger Law Group to collect a debt that I do not owe. I have no outstanding debts and have zero affiliation with this company. My phone number is placed on the do not call list and I have blocked this number. Yet robo voice-mail is left each time to collect on a debt that isn't mine. I request that Schueger Law Group stop calling me.

    I have been receiving robo calls from ###-###-#### claiming to be Schuerger Law. They do not state WHO they are calling for....or what they are calling about. I want them to stop calling as I have no outstanding debts. My cell phone number used to belong to a woman named ***** ****** who skipped out on every debt she ever had. Most of the thousands of calls I got stopped years ago.

    I get calls once a week from Schuerger Law Office saying I owe an outstanding debt and to call back some number. I do not owe any debts, and do not have any affiliation with this company. They're probing for personal information and have provided 0 justification. I'd like them to stop trying to contact me.

    I have reviewed the complaint submitted by Mr. ******* and the account itself.  During my review, I did not see where there was any request made prior, for our office to not contact him.  Based on his request, I am closing this account with our office, and having it returned to the client.
