I have been with quickhealth for over two years, on december 30th i was called to switch to a more economical policy. i paid on quarterly basis so i had already paid on november 3rd for the upcoming three months 11/12/1.the new policy was to start 1/15/23 so they told me would refund me for the overpayment. My policy was never active as of 1/15/23, been calling for the last 4 months and they would reply "computer error and would escalate" even refund. have paid $897 on 12/31 another $897 on march 18th...........after calling last week and already telling them reporting fradulent, i now find out that i have a new policy effective March 1, 2023. I have doctor bills from february, have overpayed and still no refund, explanation. My next step is filing a fraud report for paying for services that were never active, non refund.........................they dont answer phones and it seems that there is only one person.........................

I signed up with Quick Health in July of 2022, primarily because they quoted my otherwise $6K/month medicine to cost me $365/month with the plan they recommended to me. I used your site to ensure they were a legitimate business. They covered my medicine for 1 month, then jumped the medicine cost up to almost $2k/month. After many phone calls, there was nothing they could do, so I cancelled my plan on 10/25/22. Per my contract, I can cancel at any time and will receive a prorated refund on my annual premium. Since October of last year, I have called more than 20 times, left many voicemails, seeking confirmation that my cancellation went through and an ETA on my prorated refund. Now I'm getting calls to renew. The sales team calling said the cancellation did not go through, which I already knew because I've yet to receive my refund. At this point, I've reached out to an attorney to see what my next steps are. I have left voicemails for managers and supervisors and am out of options on who to speak to, particularly because no one is returning my calls and they apparently, do not have the ability to email per their customer service and sales teams.

My health insurance provider raise the price for 2023 I looked to find something affordable. Last Year October 2022, I got quote from QH. They were going charge me $ 970.55 every 3 months, I accepted. January 2023 I went to the pharmacy they couldn't fill up my regular prescription because they said my insurance didn't cover. ( I was told it will ) So since I have medical conditions I called my previous Health Insurance provider and they accepted me back. I called Quick health to cancel subscription but they already charged me for the next 3 months. However the person I talked to, told me they were going to refund me $ 646.66 for the rest 2 months because I was supposed to call 15 days before cancelation. He told me they were going refund money in the next 7 days and cancel any future charges. ( I never looked my checking account because I trust they were going to do , so I never notice they didn't make refund ) April 11, 2023 I got an alert from bank I have another charge $ 970.55 from QH. So I immediately called to request an explication regarding. I spoke with a guy named ***** * and he apologize and told me I was going to get the first refund for $ 646.66 and the new refund for $ 970.55. He said apparently was a mistake because he could see in the records I did cancel the subscription back in January. After one week I did called again because I didn't received any refund. I actually talked again with David and he said it should be the refund soon. I called every week since I called again 2 days ago May 2nd because I never received anything and someone else told me " you are not getting any refund because you just cancelled your subscription in April 11 . So I requested talked with a supervisor. Tania, its her name very rude told me I won't get any refund because I didn't cancel on January, that the other people are not capable and they didn't should said anything to me regarding any refund. Bottom line, she cut me off saying I wont get my money back.
