    I ordered food from skip the dishes and it said I received my order. But I was watching the driver and took my food to a wrong address on the next street. So I reordered my food and tried to contact skip the dishes right away. I thought it would be a quick easy fix. But I couldn't get a hold of any one on the app. It was like this for 2 days. And all it said on the app was no one was available and I can leave my email and someone will get back to me. But no one did. So 5 days later I try to contact someone again and I finally get through to a person. And they say I have to have order resolved with in 48 hours. But how could I have done this when no one would talk or contact me. *************************************************************** Not even a number where I can phone and talk to someone. So I just want my money back at this point. Please help me. Give me my money back skip the dishes.

    Once again ordered food form this ********* company, totaling $24.33. Their system claimed that the order was not processed as it supposedly was declined by the bank. Paid with a debit card. Checked with bank, payment went through. Company refuses to deliver my food, yet they were paid for it as verified by my bank

    Skip the Dishes delivered my food to the wrong address, they won't replace my order, and have offered me a $25 credit on a $75 order.********************************** this isn't the first time. I would like them to either return my money, or bring me the food I ordered. Otherwise they've just taken my money and provided no product or service.

    On March 29 I made an order to *** to have a meal delivered by Skip the Dishes. The item was left on the front step in very frigid weather and there was no notification that it was there. He could have knocked on the door or ring the bell and walked away. I don't have any of the details and the order is not in the history. I should have 2 orders listed there are both are gone now....one for ********** from last October and the one from last week. I have made repeated attempts to contact them to have it resolved. I am told something different each time I've called. I've been told they can't help me because I don't have an order number yet I was never given an order number. It is not under my account information which suggests technical issues on their part. No one is taking responsibility for this minor issue which has not developed into a major confrontation on my part. They have offered me a partial refund of 7.47 which I have rejected. I am demanding at this point because of all the hassles and terrible service A FULL REFUND.

    Ordered food on March 19th 2022.(46.41) The food sent was different from the order an skip said they would refund the difference.(11.40) They said 10 business days to return to method of payment. But the email stating the return said 5. After 10 days I began actively looking for my refund. Nothing came thru, contacted them an they said it was sent to bank an to contact bank. Called bank an they said it wasn't. Called skip an they said it was at bank again. This went on multiple times resulting in my contacting the bank to investigate it ************ As of today April 5 2022 I haven't been refunded by skip.     Order ********* - On Friday, April 1, 2022, I ordered lunch from Skip. I work from home and was with a customer when I got a call that I was unable to answer. Then I get an indication that my food was delivered but it was not at my door. I am disabled so I cannot run downstairs to check the lobby too fast so I asked my child to check and my food was not there. I messaged Skip and the guy blamed me for not having my apt # or buzzer on my account. But it was there, what should be permanently entered except I checked and the notes were suddenly empty. I did not delete it but I believe that when I did a pick up order previously on their app, their app has a glitch that loses that info in this instance. I noticed that half the info disappeared after another pick up so it made sense and I hope they investigate this. They could see that I was using Skip often and my previous orders have that info written there in the same way. But my loyalty meant nothing and I was still blamed for their faulty app. I've had other drivers text but this one called, only once, from a phone that cannot takes callbacks or texts. If he texted me, I would have been able to respond, but I was on my work phone. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** I just want my money back as I feel so ************ by this company that I'd prefer to never deal with them again.     This app is terrible. They do not update their products and services with restaurants, meaning that if you place an order for something out of stock, they will waste your time, keep your money, so you can only use it on their app, so you are forced to only order from their app, which clearly does not work properly. On multiple occasions, I placed orders at which point I am told the restaurant is closed, or the product is no longer available. This is more common than just simply getting my food. Now, if I can't get that food and want to use another app to order food, I cannot because skip has my money held up in their own account. So why would I be charged before receiving my food, if they not going to give it to me. *********************************** You can't charge me and then not give me my food, or charge me after I get my food. Now, After I have had surgery and am sick, I try to order soup.     Ordered from local *********. Driver left the order somewhere I couldn't find so contacted the support. They asked me how I would like to be refunded and I said card. Next message from them was that no refund can be given. I kept asking why and what changed but they just kept copy pasting the same message.
