    Around 10/15/2024, they sent me a past due message saying my payment is late, even though I had set up auto payment last year, they canceled my auto payment last year and did the same thing, my credit score was greatly affected because they cancel the auto payment again. I made the payment only possible after one month because they were not taking other banks payment. Only around the end of November I was able to make a payment tho another payment portal.1. They cancel my auto without noticing me.2. They did not allow payments from other banks around October to Mid November. when I call their system, they only taking debit card payment by the time, and I do not own a debit card.3. They charged late fees twice. and was only able to refund one of them. 4. A case of late payment was filed on my credit report and my credit score was greatly affected, and the report was filed AFTER I made the payment.This is not the first time they did all the above, not acceptable for their way to treat their customers and the troubles their system is working against normal comment sense. Request: 1. Please get rid of the late payment on my credit report. and if possible, 2.Please refund the other late fee of $30 (because I can't even pay and was not noticed priorly that my auto payment was cancel)3. Please make a more convenient and graceful way and system to threat your customers.Thank you.

    Moved out of state. Later closed money management account and five months later cant get anyone to find the check or issue another. They make me fill out a new form everyone and then say they need new forms when I call to check status. Now they tell me that they cant help me and no one is above them to report or get help from.

    This bank locked our account because of a home purchase. They are now questioning the validity of my Power of Attorney. I am unable to pay my mother's medical bills or anything else because they are holding this money Hostage. ***** ******** is the one ignoring my phone calls because he can see my name and will not answer. This is becoming criminal, and I will be obtaining a lawyer if it cannot be rectified immediately.

    Loan # **********. I would like my loan corrected for errors from the start of loan .I have ******** loan docs and was informed that bank is not not able to send. I was informed by phone by operator my interest rate and APR are the same rate of 7.99. Stated interest rate and APR to the actual interest charged on monthly statements are incorrect. My extra/over payments as requested were not credited towards principal. Please credit Recovery of damages to be counted towards principal .After correction are completed Please send by mail my correct loan docs, detailed breakdown of corrections ,including interest portion, and loan schedule.Thank you

    I mistakenly deposited my sole proprietor business checks into my personal account on 10/21/24. My account was immediately restricted. Today is 11/25/24 and I still do not have access to my account or my money. I can not use my debit or withdrawal my funds. Every time I call my local branch on **************** in *************. I am told different information.

    EnerBank now RegionsBank incorrectly placed a lien on my house, instead of the solar panels only per agreement. As such, I cannot use my house as a collateral for other investments/credit/loans in the amount of $150,000.On 8/21/2024, I requested a temporary termination of the *** Lien filing and was informed that it would take about 8 days to complete the process. It is now November 2024 and still not done.On 11/15/2024, RegionsBank finally responded they cannot lift the *** Lien because my account is in deferral status. But the only reason it is in deferral is due to RegionsBank third-party not able to complete the solar installation. In other words, the deferral is NOT my fault and the solar panels are in my roof since 2021 not functional.BBB, please help remove (even just for temporary) the incorrectly placed lien against my house.

    I made a deposit before cut-off time and the bank did not process my deposit until the next day, which is the first time they have ever not accepted my cash app deposit. Three of *** **** agreed that this was very odd and they had not seen this type if deposit not being accepted, and told me to wait until the next business day for the transaction to post and **** would refund my overdraft fees. When I called the next business day, the 4th rep agreed with the others and tried to refund my overdraft fees, but upper management did not approve, stating it is at the bank's discretion if they accept this as a cash deposit. But, after they applied overdraft fees, then it went into my account as cash payment, but made everything transaction be negative due to the overdraft.

    The fact is I made a deposit into my account before cut-off and it was available for immediate withdrawal BUT Region's did not process my deposit until after they applied overdraft fees to my account. I want my account cleared from alllllll of these and additional fees.

    I called Regions was told that I would be honored with a refund. I was told to call back the next day so that my account could be credited. When I called back the next day customer service would not honor my credit as I was told. The calls are recorded and I called at 1:03 pm 11/14/2024. I was told that I wouldn't have any issues and did anyway.

    I approached Regions for information on a home equity loans. I just wanted information. The next day I received a rejection letter. I had not applied. I just asked for information. I called my local branch who insisted that I should come in to the branch and discuss it with a loan officer. I scheduled a meeting and went to the meeting. I needed a $25 - ****** loan. The loan officer ramped it up to $50,000. A week latter I received a package requesting numerous documents.About a week after that I received a rejection letter. I had not been able to collect the massive amount of documents, but was rejected anyway. the current mortgage loan $138,000 and my home value is in the $400,000 range. so the equity is clearly there. The whole experience was bad at it's best. Wasted my time and effort. I am rethinking my long term relationship with Regions
