    On December 3, 2024 a $1 charge was placed on my debit card. I didn't recognize the company name, but thought it was an account verification type charge, usually reversed the day. On December 30, 2024 a second charge from same company occurred for $39.95. I googled the name on my bank charge and it returned results indicating it was a scam. I notified my bank, canceled my debit card, and they returned the funds. I have no idea who this company is, how they got my card info, or what the $39.95 charge was for, three weeks after the $1 charge. January 3, 3025 i received email confirmation of the refund from this company. I still have no idea what originated these charges.

     However, we still offered an additional refund of the last transaction today. You should receive a refund confirmation email shortly and see your refund within the next 7 business days to the original payment method.

    I have a pending charge on my debit card from this company and I never authorized it. I have no idea what they even do. I would like the pending charge removed or refunded. I don't have any supporting documentation other than my bank statement since this is not a service I subscribed to.

    I received an email from this company stating that in order to cancel and refund my money I needed to go to their website and cancel from there. When I created a log in they show my card and personal info but no subscriptions. So no way to cancel. This is such a scammy website.

    I didn't receive anything from this business. I'm not even sure how they got my information. I saw the charge pending on my bank ledger. I searched the internet for pver3 and saw it was a company called creditque. I didn't give permission for them to charge me $39.95 on three separate transactions ($118.95)!Currently, the ******* charge is pending but has been pulled from account causing an overdraft.

    I never specifically agreed or signed up for this credit monitoring service. I called today, January 2nd, to request cancellation and a refund of the initial charge today. The customer service representative refused to provide a refund. I asked for a supervisor and was told they are out until January 8th. I am seeking a full 100% refund of this service. I have no email confirmation that I signed up for the service.

    The company charged my account on 12/30/2024 in the amount of $39.95 for credit monitoring services. Upon calling the company on 12/30/2024, I was informed that they would not refund the charge. I did not sign up for the services as they are not even verified as legitimate and I utilize verified credit monitoring services like Credit Karma and Experian. Their website instructs how to cancel a subscription and when those steps were followed, there were no subscriptions associated. When on the phone with them, I questioned how I was charged for something im not subscribing to and they would not refund the money. They stated that this was customer initiated in 12/23/2024 for a 7 day free trial and the $39.95 is for subscription services. I did not initiate this account, which again shows no subscription to cancel, nor do I feel that this company is legit. I would like them to refund the $39.95 as no services were requested or provided.

    This charge came up on my debit card today 12/22/24. After a lot of digging, I figured out where it came from which is this company PFI Verify. I have no idea who they are or how they got my information to charge me for this "subscription". I have read other stories similar of this company doing this with information they obtain. I did cancel the subscription but there is no way to contact someone for a full refund for these charges.
