    When I was contacted about the Modern Millionaires program I was intrigued. Mostly because of the way to make passive income in my spare time. I was sold on the fact that I only needed less than 10 hours per week to get my ************************ off the ground and that there werent any other fees more than about $200 per month . I found out pretty quickly that was a those were both huge lies. The biggest lie they perpetuate is that this is passive income. It will take a full-time effort of ***** hours per week for 3-4 months to learn all of the information needed and finally get the business off the ground. The manipulation these guys will use is next-level and highly effective. On top of that, I was not told of the many fees and other charges that I would have to pay. Including ad costs that would have added up to thousands of dollars over the first few months, $400 per month for the Modern Millionaires software program leadific, $147 per month and $199 for a one-time fee for email marketing, and around $4,600 for your LLC set up and their recommended tax professionals. I was then told I could pay for the course on a monthly basis I thought that meant I could cancel anytime and stop paying but thats not the case and I was not told this could negatively affect my credit score should I choose to withdraw from the program which was not explained at all. Because of the extra fees I cant afford to keep making payments and this has really negatively impacted my life. I have reached out to them to try to resolve this and I havent received an email back for almost a week now. I am seeking a full refund. The training cost for the program was $10,000. It was financed through Wizebank. I have paid around $3700 so far to Wizebank with $6300 left. I have also paid close to $1500 in other charges that include ad costs and email marketing they recommended. I also paid $4,447 to their recommended tax professionals. None of which was told to me prior to signing up.

    ******, most additional costs are optional, especially when starting out. We offer Leadific free for 90 days to give you time to land a client before incurring any costs. After the 90-day trial, the cost is $199 per month for up to 3 clients or $399 per month for unlimited clients. When starting, we suggest using the SaaS model, which allows you to earn from software subscription sales. This way, you can prospect for free and avoid ad spend. We also teach the lead generation model, which involves ad costs and may require other services, but there are also DIY options that we can show you to keep costs down until you land a client. We recommend a company for setting up your LLC, as we have had success with them in the past. The cost should be around $200-$400 depending on your state. It sounds like you may have signed up for additional services from them. Please note that when discussing paying for the course on a monthly basis, it was for a financing option and there was no agreement that it was month-to-month and that you could cancel at any time. The agreement you signed with us explains this in detail.

    You can also be successful with this in a short time with part-time hours. Recently, a student in our FB group announced that they landed their first client 2 weeks into the program. With the SaaS model, you can land clients quickly as you can have everything set up in a day and once you land a client, they are just paying you to use the service. There is nothing else you need to do aside from checking in to ensure they are satisfied and looking for more clients. If you are satisfied with what you are earning from your SaaS clients, it is completely passive income. Our team handles all support, and the client is the one that uses the system. With the lead generation model, things are more involved, but the work is frontloaded. Once the funnels are set up and working, you only need to spend a few hours a month maintaining them, depending on performance.

    As you have been a student with us since October and have completed the entire bootcamp, we are unable to provide a refund. However, we want to help in any way we can. If you would like, we can reset your trial for Leadific and work with you to land clients with the SaaS model, which is easier and has no costs. Once you have a few clients, we can help with the lead generation model to land bigger deals. We want to make sure you get the most out of our program and restore the motivation and drive you had on your initial call with us.     I feel as though I was maliciously mislead about additional costs involved, given very little if any details, how much hands on coaching i would receive, and how much time it would take to learn all of the information in order to be successful. I have not went through the whole boot camp and reached out via email last month and still havent received a response. I dont believe you guys truly want to help or explain things in great enough detail to give the average person enough information to make a good choice when signing up. I should have read the BBB complaints before I signed up because they all say what I am saying. If you really want to help please just give me a refund. I really do not believe that I was given any where close to accurate information when I signed up and I believe that was done on purpose. Maybe it was just the guy who convinced me to join but he gave false information to me and I signed up because of that false information. All I ask is to get a refund.

    Hello ******; we make it clear that not all subscriptions are mandatory, and you do not need to sign up for anything extra. However, like any business, some things can help a company reach its goals by adding additional tools. In this case, the only thing each student needs after signing up is Leadific (which is free for 90 days), ****** domains which are $1 a month from ******, and a lead list, depending on which program you are in. When speaking with an enrollment coach, we ensure each student knows about these costs. We also provide this information inside the legally binding contract each student signs before accessing the course. Your main concern was paying for an extra cost. Still, we make sure students know if they can not afford it at the moment, then do not worry because we provide accessible ways to prospect to land clients, free landing pages for students and their clients, and free weekly live calls with coaches Monday through Friday. Another concern of yours was waiting for a response from The Modern Millionaires, but we saw you have been in contact with ********, our finance manager, who did indeed answer your questions and concerns. He also called you back on 1//24/2023 to inform you that he has spoken with Chance, and ****** would like to ensure that we will take care of you and go above and beyond to ensure your success. So can you please reply or call ******** so he can go over the next steps and what Chance has agreed to do for you? Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I feel as though I was completely mislead on the cost and time it would take. The only two questions I sincerely asked was about any additional costs and how much time it would take and these were the only reasons I chose to sign up for the course. There was no additional information given to me on those topics. I was not informed of possible costs nor was I told that there were optional costs. These were misleading to me and to other people who choose to sign up for the program. I truly believe I was mislead on the only two things I wanted reassurance on and I believe that this happens to most of the people who sign up. I do not believe that is right and believe that its untruthful advertising to say the least. All I want is to get out of the program with some sort of refund. The program was not at all what was told to me and for the price I really believed there would be more help or at least a response to my email which was not responded to for weeks. I also feel there has been no attempt to work with me to facilitate getting out of the program. If there is any way to resolve this please let me know.

    We went back and listened to your call when signing up, and it was clear there was a cost for Leadific. We explained to all students that they could sign up for other tools for their agencies, but it's not mandatory. We share free ways to prospect and free ways to land your first client. We provide a lot of tools inside of Leadific for no extra cost. You are upset. You decided to sign up for things and wanted to quit after a couple of months because you did not see the results you wanted to see. However, you need to understand that businesses can take time to grow and bring in money, but quitting does not help. We were very clear on the program's cost and even offered you extra support and extended Leadific free for a year.

    Again, I asked two simple questions prior to signing up and there was no mention of optional tools that you spoke of. The two point blank questions I asked turned out not to be true. There are plenty of complaints echoing my same sentiments. There are thousands of dollars in costs for your recommended services that are not explained as optional. You sell this program in a way that grossly exaggerated how effective this program is and how quickly you can make money. Then to me, misrepresented the time it would take and the amount of extra costs of the program, which I asked point blank. These are the concerns of many people according to the BBB complaints about Modern Millionaires. You still have yet to return any of my emails that were sent months ago and are only responding to me through this complaint portal. With how I was misled during sign up I feel as though I should be given a refund. Hopefully other people werent also signed up in the way I was and hopefully no one else has lost as much money as I have in a program that doesnt work for the overwhelming majority of people. This program is something that promises the world and fails to deliver even the basics of what is promised.

    Hello, so I signed up for this program towards the end of March 2022 and enrolled in the *** because of what I had going on. I got help with website set up but been difficult to get someone to consistently help contrary to what was promised with the Done For You( ***). I took a loan of over $10,000 that I am still making payments for with no result as of now.I have reached out to some leaders in the business/program who try to encourage you but no meaningful help in terms of getting any results as the *** promised at the beginning. Its almost like a Done with you( DWY) at this point for the price of ***.As of now since I have had no results I am struggling paying for the remaining loan and ask that it be cancelled. I would like to cancel for a refund as this has not worked out for me as promised. Yes there are some coaches to reach out to but really no meaningful results at this point for the price paid for.

    Hello,
    I filed a complaint in January. They still have not followed through with their promise. Could I get help with this again, please? I have spent about $20000 but they haven't fulfilled their part. They promised it would take 90 days but it has been over 2 years and no results. They are doing the same to a lot of people as well.

    I signed for a program that was advertised as a program that was one price. I even asked the sales man if there were going to be additional charges also asked if this program required any other monthly subriptions. The sales mans reply was" nope". Everything is on the call recording. Aside from him being pushy, and telling me to just sign, just sign, it'll be okay. I asked if I could sleep on the decison, he insisted that because I was interested in the program, that I was already commited. And because this program does not have any more reoccurring fees, or any subscriptions, it would be easy for me to *********** ran my credit, I was approved for 5,000$ loan through wizebank. Down payment of 1,250$The next day I recieved a few emails asking me to join fb group. A link to the course introduction videos. The course videos are not the Bootcamp. Watching through the introduction video, It states that subscriptions to software with 200 monthly cost are required. More costs are ads at ***** $ monthly, and more things I needed to invest in. I was shocked and quickly r my decided this was not for me. I read through the contract, the one he was pushing me to sign it, its fine> I came across the **** DUE DATE" and "effective date " was typed in for 10-25-22. I signed in 11-25-22. This raised a red flag. reading through the entire contract, it states they want a written letter with in 14 days of signing, and with in 30 days both of which to accept a termination letter as long as I have not yet started "bootcamp". Which still I have not started bootcamp. I sent it certified mail. ******** sent me a letter reminding me my payment is due. I have no more money availible and I am starting a bankruptcy filing. I obeyed the instructions in the contract to terminate. I emailed back and forth with wizebank, and they say modernmillionaires LLC has to cancel wizebank for me .That is all I am seeking . Is to terminate the contract between them and I , and between wizebank and myself.

    Hello, ******; thank you for letting us know your concerns. We can clear up some of your problems now. The $197 charge is for Leadific (CRM system), which our salesperson discussed over the phone and is written in the legal binder contract you signed. However, Leadific does come with three months free, so you can land your first client, which will cover the monthly cost. Like every other business, some things can help your agency reach higher levels, but inside our program, you do not need to sign up for additional costs because it is optional. For example, running ******** ads for your agency is one of the best ways to land your first client, but it does cost money for ad spend. ******** ads are optional to run when you are starting; there are other FREE ways we teach our students to prospect so they can see success and land their first client. Also, you are a part of our DWY 90 Bootcamp program, where our coaches walk with you step by step, showing you these free ways to prospect. In addition, we also have free information inside the ******** groups you can use to leverage landing your first client. We have a coach that reaches out to every student to explain these details, but it shows in our database you cancel your MM Orientation? call with onboarding coach ****** on December 5th, 2022. We would love to help you land your first client fast, but you will need to re-book your call with ****** to get set up correctly.

    I reject this response because it reads to me as still trying to talk me into going forth and proceeding with the program . The response states that I need to set up an appointment with someone to get it all explained to me. I am seeking a completion of termination confirmation. I am not seeking another explanation of program or program steps, or other ways of posting ads. Termination. I also received an email asking me to schedule a call in order to cancel or terminate the contract.  I scheduled a call for next week. Afterwards, thinking about it, seems silly to me.  Do I really need to schedule a call to terminate or is that another ploy to be able to charge me for more money under the use of services ? I replied to inquire about that, awaiting response. 
    This response does not mention anything in regards to a resolution. ******** did finally cancel my contract with them.  That is solved. I would ask that Modern Millionaires to confirm that the contract is fully terminated.  Thank you

    The team violates their own privacy policy. When I first signed up for MM, they pressured me to give my debit card information over the phone which I wasn't comfortable with. The nature of over the phone transactions is insecure, MM could've been recording the sales call or writing down my card info. The sales guy continued to pressure me and told me it was now or never business opportunity so I gave in. The debit card information I used to pay was compromised not even a week later. I started to have security concerns with Leadific and MM. I tried contacting support with these questions to no avail. There doesn't seem to be any integrity within the Modern Millionaires. The courses I'm being sold TEACH these kinds of dishonest practices. They TEACH you to get payment information from clients over the phone and to write it down for later. (No mention of encryption or security). The Modern Millionaires are not transparent. There are other complaints about transparency from over a year ago. They know what they're doing. They're TEACHING it in their videos. I feel criminal participating!! They won't give me a refund because of a contract THEY BROKE FIRST. The Terms of Service I agreed to in my contract states "Credit card information is always transmitted over encrypted networks." - yet two different MM employees PRESSURED me into giving my card information without encryption. Another quote from the Privacy Policy: "In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology." My phone connection is not SSL certified, and receiving my debit information this way violates the policy. When I brought these concerns up with the sales people, they were flippant and disrespectful. In the contract I signed, I didn't agree to this lack of privacy. I don't want any part of it. I want a full refund.

    These are serious accusations and I listened to all of the calls we had and looked at all of our SMS and email communication. At no point in time was anyone disrespectful, quite the opposite in fact. During your initial sales call, there was no pressure at all. We let you know what is expected and were completely transparent of the offering and at many times said that we only want you to join if you are going to use the program and show up every day. If you feel like it's not for you or that you won't use the program, we don't want you to join. The last the that we want is for someone to buy into the program and never use it, we only grow by producing successful students. We also did not breach any contract by misuse of credit card information. It is perfectly fine to take credit card information over the phone. What we do is we enter your card info into our system which encrypts the data as soon as we hit save. Sure, people could save the number for later use, but that is the case whenever you give your card, over the phone or in person. This is why we do a thorough screening for every member of our sales team to ensure these things do not happen. We also do not teach our students to save payment information for later use at all, we show our students how to use Stripe to accept payments which is one of the world's leading payment processors and is very secure. 

    We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, we were very clear on that during our initial call, and you have been in the program for almost 4 months now. That being said we are certainly here to help in any way we can to get your business up and running. We have been able to help by pausing your payments for a couple months as well as lowering the payment amount. We have team members that you can speak with at any time for support in regard to getting over any roadblocks you may be experiencing.

    1.) I do not know who you are and you have access to my debit card information via recorded calls.


    2.) I did not know the calls were being recorded (and I live in a two-party consent state).


    3.) In the contract, I agreed to an encrypted method of payment. Collecting my card information over the phone and leaving the recording in cyberspace is not encryption. The plaintext can be quickly accessed, you had access to the data when you listened to our calls. Again, this is not the level of security I agreed to in the contract.


    4.) Its disrespectful to neglect my security concerns and say its perfectly fine.

    5.) I dont feel comfortable working with or reaching out to your team. Please issue me a refund.

    Hi, Im here to seek some help as it pertains to an online program I signed up for, in which I feel is a form of false advertising. The entire enrollment process was extremely rushed, however despite my better judgement I preceded to give them my information. I had very little understanding that what I was signing would be a loan agreement. I enrolled on Oct. 25th and scheduled a call with ******** within a week, maybe 2 weeks (contract states I can terminate within 30 days, this was well within 30 days). When I spoke to ******** he immediately described to me that unfortunately the loan cannot be refunded or cancelled. Much like the enrollment process, ******** was very pushy and saying all things I wanted to hear to keep me in the program. I preceded to give it a shot (at the time I did not think I had any other option), however, within 2 weeks I received a promotion at my full time job and I quickly learned that the free time in which I had before I no longer had anymore (I expressed this to ******** in another call). I then received a charge on my account on Nov. 28th, when in the advertising video on ******* it clearly states that other than the initial fee you would NOT be charged in the first 90 days. I setup another call with ********, in which I expressed to him again that I would just like to cancel I cannot afford the program. He preceded to explain to me that all I needed was just one client to pay it off. Sounds nice right? Except I dont have the time anymore to be doing the necessary work to get to that point. After interacting with the sales team and other members the way they speak to you as if they simply dont care about what you have going on they just want to keep you in the program to get your money, whether you want to be in it or not, I would just like to be done! I dont need a refund, I would simply just like my loan to be cancelled.

    We have made a big push on being transparent with our offer to ensure everyone know what they are getting into. I pulled your call to see how this went. The call did not seem rushed to me, very laid back in fact. Our sales rep also mentioned this was a loan agreement multiple times and explaining that if paid within 1 year there is no interest. You may be confusing our program tuition with the Leadific subscription. We offer Leadific 90 days free to allow you time to land a client before the subscription payment comes into play, but the tuition is monthly. Our program agreement does say we allow cancellation but only before the bootcamp starts. Once the bootcamp starts the full tuition amount is owed and that is because we have allocated resources for you, and we do incur quite a bit of costs with the bootcamp.

    We are more than happy to provide any additional support you may need to help you along and if are falling behind we can move you into a new bootcamp.

    I am rejecting this response because: The call was in fact very rushed, the fact that the credit check only took 5 minutes for me to be accepted should have been my first red flag! In your response you conveniently passed on the fact that I did try to cancel before the bootcamp was even started on my end. However, I was told by ******** that I did not have the option to cancel or terminate the contract. Which immediately had me check it out as I thought I had no option. Come to find out I was basically lied to, to keep my business when I could have terminated the contract right then and there. Per section 16 in terms of service The user may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that they no longer wish to use our Services even if there is 14 or ********************************************************************************************************* the bootcamp is watch a few videos and I did purchase two domains (an extra monthly cost not mentioned, btw). The only reason the bootcamp was logged into on my end was because I was deceived into thinking I had no other option. I have done absolutely no other work because as I mentioned I do not have the necessary time due to unforeseen circumstances, in which ******** again was notified right away. Unfortunately, I am seeing many many of the same complaints which is unacceptable. I would simply like all future payments to be cancelled, I am not asking for a refund. I in no way want to be a part of this organization at all.

    I joined the program @ the highest level including 1 on 1 training. After Spending close to $8,000 They had a program where they encouraged me to join for tax purposes. They told me that the program that I payed for could be a taxable item. Meaning when I filled my taxes I could get that $8,000 back. So I went ahead and started paying out more thousands to the cpa that they referred me to, that ended up becoming another company (Crazy).So it was finally time for me to pay taxes and what you know, I didnt get the $8,000 back for Modern Day Millionaires, not only that, I didnt get back the money that I payed the *** Either..These Guys Will Tell You Anything To Get A Sale.     You can use the tuition cost as a tax write off but there is definitely some confusion on the amount you would get back. We have tried to reach out to you to speak to you about this to clear things up but have been unable to get ahold of you. If you could answer our sms or email we can get on a call to explain how the tax write-off works. 

    We do refer you to a company that can help with your taxes but yes, they are a separate company. We specialize in providing our students with education on how to build a business and not in accounting which is why we refer. By no means are you required to use our referral, but they have been working well for us and our students for quite some time and that is why we recommend them.

    I had a issue with Modern Millionaire about Taxes that I thought that I would get back. Come to find out, I was wrong. I didn't know that a tax refund doesn't mean I'll get the whole amount back. It was mis communication on my part.

    I am in the process of disputing a credit card on October 15th, 2022 in the amount of $9,955.00 for the Modern Millionaires services that have not come even close to meeting what was initially offered to me in their program. The amount of time and effort that was promised by the company to get my very own digital business profitable in a short span (approximately 3 months @ **** hours a week) is extremely inaccurate. It would have to be treated as a full-time job essentially to meet this, and even then it could be years before seeing net gains. Additionally, there was no mention of the number of other startup costs (hundreds, possibly even thousands of dollars) that would be necessary to run this business (domain names, the cost of their software app Leadific, prospecting tools, electronic document accounts, etc.) and it is evident that this was concealed on purpose. On top of this, the resources are subpar at best. *** found countless mistakes and un-functional components in the provided training slides, which were clearly thrown together in a rush. To continue, offering recorded videos of instructors grazing over concepts that they dont even fully understand how to teach to members of the MM community is not acceptable in a training program, especially when the sessions are so brief and lacking sufficient info. Plus, only once a week is there an interactive class, but all of the attendees are crammed into a single session to ask questions directly, and since everyone is at a different place in their business it is a complete waste of time for others waiting on the call for the brief chance to ask what they are stuck on (note also that the questions dont stop surfacing because it is a very significant amount of material to digest without the proper education to accompany).Ive reached out to The Modern Millionaires LLC about requesting a refund, and have been briefly contacted via email with no explanation or promise to return the money.

    First, I apologize for your experience this far, but we are certainly here to help. Any additional costs are not intentionally being hidden from anyone and we have brought this up to our sales manager to ensure that this is a point of conversation on all calls. You can go through the program with **** hrs a week but your gains would be less than someone that did 20-30hrs. This isn't to say doing ****hrs will slow your progress to not be profitable for years. That simply is not true, while this isn't the norm, we have many students have landing big clients within their first month. It's certainly possible and realistic to expect to land a client within the first 3-6 months if you follow the program and trust the process. We haven't had any complaints of mistakes on slides, but this is something we take seriously and if made aware this would be fixed immediately. Also, the sessions are not Brief, they can go 2-3hrs. On our Q&A calls, yes, we may have some students that have a different pace than others but it's like any other school setting. Some students will be ahead of others but that doesn't mean we shouldn't answer every student's question. The point of the Q&A calls is to help everyone with their issues or questions they've had throughout the week, and we don't stop the calls until everyone's questions are answered. This can make the calls run a little longer, but we don't want anyone to leave with their questions unanswered.

    In our agreement we are unable to provide a refund or cancel payment once the bootcamp has started and this is due to the overhead costs that we incur to allocate support for bootcamp students. I can however help you with getting extra support anything you may need help with. We genuinely want to see all of our students succeed and we will do whatever we can to increase your chances of success. If you can let me know what is holding you back from landing a client or getting set up, I can get you on a call with someone that will be able to help you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They are once again downplaying the amount of time and effort that was initially promised in their program to see true results. Even if one client is landed in a brief time (which is a rarity amongst fellow people in the program) there is no stable stream of profit coming in until much further down the line, years even. This is not what was guaranteed. And that is just what happened with those who are teaching the program, it took them years to become profitable because of all the instability and continuos money necessary to be poured into their business (these details were never mentioned when being sold the program).

    They are using their own shady tactic of perceived value to justify their misinformation that was given to get people to buy into this program. The resources are not condensed, which makes students have to sift through hours and hours of excessive videos to find small crumbles of helpful knowledge, and many of the presentations have info that is wrong or links and such that do not work so they cannot truly be followed. Thus, the time needed to be spent is exhaustingly high compared to what they promised. And there are claims that they fix these problems in the program if you mention to them, but when *** brought up problems the teacher simply said they would look into helping and nothing was done. This is because they do not have the sufficient amount of resources or manpower to keep up with the extremely high number of people who are a part of this program. Once again because they have overstated what they are capable of providing as a service.

    On November 28/29th I sent this email to MM: Dear Team at MM I am cancelling and withdrawing from the Modern Millionaires. I won't be making any more payments. I have not accessed your program (with the exception of about 3 minutes of a video with the man who has a red *****.) Due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be joining the program including the bootcamp or any other programs associated with the Modern Millionaires. Within 24 hours of enrollment Tuesday evening, November 22, 2022, I left xxxxxx a message asking to cancel. I also left a message the following morning with Cxxxxx again and also with Fxxxxx notifying them of withdrawing and cancelling. Both Fxxxxx and Cxxxxx contacted me with persuasion to continue the program. I had my orientation call with Fxxxxx on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 and that night I knew I couldn't move forward. I contacted Fxxxxx the morning of November 24, 2022 to cancel my enrollment with the Modern Millionaires and he responded to contact Jxxxxxxx. The earliest I could get on Jxxxxxxx's calendar was Monday, November 28, 2022. I did not access the dashboard or the program or the ************** since the orientation call with Fxxxxx. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you all, Cxxxx, Fxxxx and Jxxxxx. Please respond via this email address that you have received my notice of cancellation.Thank you,EF I did not receive an email response, I didn't ask for a refund, but I want a written response that all contracts and obligations between myself and MM are cancelled. I had a panic attack the day that I enrolled and it is just not worth my health to do it. Corresponding with Cxxxxx on Dec.2 he said I was making excuses for not starting and there was no cancellation. He did not state this in the enrollment call and it's a lie from what I have read here. I asked him for the the contact for their legal department 4 times and he refused. There is never a good reason to do the wrong thing.

    Hello, I signed up for the *** Program Friday November 18th 2022 which was $5000 where I financed to pay a monthly payment which I was charged I soon as I signed up. Unfortunately over that weekend personal situations happened and I needed to cancel my course program and finance loan as soon as possible to avoid future monthly payments. To start off I was pressured aggressive by the advisor/sales ******************************* to sign up for the program and I was not told prior by him or anybody before signing up for the program there are no cancellation allowed at any moment. I had a orientation scheduled with ****** on Monday November 21st 2022 but I emailed her prior to appointment to address I wish to cancel my course program and she just replied back with the email of MM Finance Manager *********************************. I scheduled an appointment on November 21st 2022 to speak with Finance Manager ******** of MM the next day Tuesday November 22nd, where he then told me I cannot cancel neither the course program or finance loan due to my situation. I do not wish to continue the course program and would like to know how I can cancel my course program and finance loan.
