    Had a bad dining experience on 11-4-2022 and was told by the manager that she would void the whole ticket. I had already paid with a credit card. No refund was made so I called again on 11-8, 11-18, 11-30, 12-12, and 12-19 and talked to a manager every time ( Amber and Amanda) and each time was told they would check on it and would call me back. As of today I have received no refund and not even one return call.

    Reason im Contacting is because i had went into ruby Tuesdays in Mt. Laurel nj a couple days ago. Haven't been there in a few months. Anyway I had ordered food. It was me my daughter and a family member. My daughter had a salad. Me and other family member had did the 2 for 24 thing. We picked a couple things that was an up charge. Which I think shouldn't be like that. But regardless of that. Food came out cold. It was sent back 2 times. The manager had an attitude. Trying to say it was cooked fine. Just because you say it was to you. To me when it came out. It was cold. He had an attitude. I'm like I will never step in here again. I use to work in customer service. And you want to keep the customer happy and to come back and tell others to as well. After that experience I don't think I'll be back. I think also what they use in the kitchen to cook. They might want to have inspected and serviced as well or replaced. And have the manager retrained or something. To be rude to a customer is just wrong.

    On November XX XXXX I placed an order online that came to 22$ so I waited a few minutes before leaving my house to give enough time for my food to be done. Once I got to Ruby Tuesday on American drive in Florence, South Carolina, I was informed that half the food I ordered was unavailable because they had ran out of it, because of this I said I din't want my order ( I was also somewhat upset because they could have called me and I wouldn't have went up there wasted my valuable time and gas money doing so) and would like my money back. I was then informed that they could not give me my money back due to the fact that I had put the order in online and used my card online so they would have to give the receipt to the manager the next day when they came in and it would take about 2 weeks. I have called over and over and have pretty much gotten the run around about my money. I'm tired of having my time wasted. I did not receive the food had no reason to tip the server I would like my money back and being completely honest compensated for my time attempting to get my money back. Being frauded out of my money is highly stressful to me especially in these times when money is having to be stretched as thin as it is anyway and yall aren't trying to make the situation better at all.

    I dined at your Orlando International Airport location on Sept XX XXXX at 1pm. I spoke to both a male and female hostess before even being seated and asked if I could use my Ruby Tuesday's gift card at this location and was clearly advised YES. After being sat and ordered a steak and rice, as well as wedge salad and two soft drinks that were extremely sub-par. The steak was grizzle and cooked so much it was like shoe leather and almost inedible. The wedge salad looked like it was dropped and then picked up, a big mess. We had two soft drinks also. When the server finally came to check on us I expressed my displeasure with the food. She said sorry, we are busy today and hands me my check. I then attempted to pay my check with my gift card and was rudely advised that they do not accept them. I asked to speak with a manager. After several minutes a woman in a blue shirt came to my table and said loudly so other guests could hear, "I hear you have a problem". I was so embarrassed. I explained the situation that I was denied gift card payment and she said "oh yeah we are a franchise". I said well your two employees told me I could use it without problem. Her response was "they are new employees". I expressed my dissatisfaction and the manger whom I had to ask her name MEGAN was too busy to address my concern but asked "where are you from?" then said there was nothing she could do/walked away. see pictures and I kindly ask that you reimburse me for the $49.84 spent at this location via check. I do NOT want another useless gift card. I also ask that you to speak to this manager about her unprofessional behavior and embarrassing a guest. I also ask that the owner contact me via email to ensure this manager has been talked to about her unprofessional behavior. Attached are photos of my receipt, food, and the disclaimer on the back of your gift card that states "redeem at an participating Ruby Tuesday's" According to two of your employees this was a participating location

    1:49 pm EDT Ruby Tuesday - Spin to win promotion The most recent promotion offered by Ruby Tuesday is a a chance to wil $1,000,000,000. As an alternituve they offer free food. Chicken sandwiches, salad bar, cheese sticks, shrimp, lava cake, hogie sandwich. The add claims no purchase requird. I have had problems getting the coupon honored at the Scottsboro Alabama location. As I sit here today I am over hearing another customer be denied the use of her coupon as well. Why does Ruby Tuesday run a promotion they refuse to honor. We as customers log in and spin to win each day and some days noting is offered. The days we log in and spin and actually win an alternative to the grand prize of a free menu item we are hasseled by the employees and being told we can't use our coupon. I consider Ruby Tuesdays promotion to spin to win a scam. I didnt win the grand prize and I can't use the coupons I was emailed. Why offer a promo and not honor it. Scam. Desired outcome: I would like an explanation as to why coupons are not being

    Went to dinner RT in Charleston SC. The place was empty, maybe that was a sign I don't k ow for sure. Sat down waitress ca e over and I ordered a draft beer while looking at the menu. The beer arrived and the mug was warm, to room temp, but warm like from the dishwasher. Are there no frosted mugs at RT? I ordered the brisket melt, and when it arrived, the bread was not grilled, and the slice of cheese was. It melted at all, or even a little. I waited for the waitress to come check on us but after 5/6 minutes I saw no one. I was forced to eat it as is since as a diabetic I just took my insulin shot and had no choice. When the waitress did arrive I expressed my displeasure and she told she does not cook the food. I might add my wife's cheeseburger suffered the same non melted cheese presentation. I paid we left with nobody contacting us any further. To make things worse, I tried the RT site for complaints and it does not work. I tried the company email and it does not work. I tried calling and the answering machine is on an endless loop and you cannot get a person on the phone.

    Date of eat in dining was August, 27th 2022. Ruby Tuesday has been one of my husband and I favorite restaurant. We generally dined at Ruby Tuesday in Effingham, Illinois until the restaurant unfortunately closed. My husband and I took a weekend trip to Columbus, Indiana and noticed a Ruby Tuesday, we became excited to dine there once more. Unfortunately the excitement became disappointing; Greeted by the hostess saying, "It will be a 15 minute wait, you can stay outside and if we forget about you come back in." (Very few tables were occupied ) Restaurant was not clean, floor in the entry way and in front of salad bar was extremely sticky. Shoes stuck to it. Salad bar was messy, limited choices of salads and dressings, many of the containers at salad bar was empty or with small amounts of food in them and no plates. Our waitress did not refill our water, check to see if everything was okay with the meals. We asked to speak to the manager, the waitress explained the general manager was out and the manager had stepped out. There was no one available to speak with.     April 28, 2022 my husband and I decided to order from Ruby Tuesday's in Bedford to go. We placed an order online that came to $49.80 and paid for it with my debit card on their website. My husband went into the restaurant at the time they said the order would be ready and it was not ready, the employee told my husband that they couldn't even find the order that we placed. The employee entered our order in again at the computer. On May 2, 2022, I noticed that we had been charged again for the same order of $49.80. I tried disputing the transaction with my bank but they were no help so I went to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. The manager took the transaction number from the receipt and said she would look into it and call me back. She never called me back, so I decided to give her a call today May 26, 2022, almost a month later because I have yet to get a refund for being charged twice. When I talked to her she said that she reached out to the company and they said the second charge was dropped however that isn't true. I have not seen a credit on my bank statement and want my money back because we did not eat from there but once.

    It 7:01pm on 4/18/22 I olaced an online order for pick up. Total of the order is $55.50 upon recieving confirmation email and the money being taken from my accout via debit I started to drive to the restaurant. Ariving at the restaurant there are others in the parking lot however the doors to the store are locked with a note on the door due to management issues we closed it 3pm dated 4/17/2022! If the store is not open we should not have been able to place or be charged for food we can not obtain and the corporate offices are not open. I will be calling tomorrow when they open but this store was not listed with the BBB so if have serious concerns that the corporate office will so nothing about refunding mine or anyone elses money for a meal we never received.
