I am writing to dispute the parking violation ticket I received on 5/4 for violation of parking. I paid $11.71 for parking using the ** code, the receipt is attached for your reference. As you can see from the attached proof of payment, I have indeed paid for parking during the time of the alleged violation. Therefore, I respectfully request that this parking violation ticket be dismissed.I sent email to ******************* on the same day but didn't get replies since then. And I tried dispute thru website and no result after 7 business days. One thing I want to point out is the ** code in 5th&Jackson will actually send you to pay for parking for 6th&King. Please correct it to avoid issues for future customers. Thank you.

I parked at the *********************************** lot on 5/9/2024 at 1:19 PM. I paid $4.96 to park from 1:19 PM to 2:44 PM. I paid for parking on the PayByPhone app (receipt attached). At 1:52 PM my car was ticketed with violation# ********** and the reason stated was 'No Advance Payment'. I filed a dispute on the www.ipmviolations.com website but there has been no response or resolution to the dispute for over three weeks! The violation was initially a $60 fee and has now gone up to $80 fee. I have not received any response to my dispute even though I provided a copy of the receipt, and I am not able to file another dispute. This violation should be removed since I paid for parking on the PayByPhone app per the sign posted at the parking lot.

Unfortunately, the receipt the customer has provided is paid to the City of ******* and not IPM or Laz.  We have a privately owned parking lot and payment is to be made for that lot.  The receipt clearly shows  that was for street parking ***************** (NE side of the street).  The violation is valid.

Thank you for the explanation, I understand what I did wrong now.  I mistakenly paid for street parking next to the lot thinking it was the sign and payment kiosk for the parking lot since they are right next to the lot ******* image attached).  Can I pay for what would have been two hours of parking at the lot instead of the violation?  I would have paid for parking on the lot if I had realized my mistake at the time.

I was parked in the ***************** parking lot on 5/10/24, which has a 2 hour parking time limit. Before the 2 hours was up, I had left to run errands and come back ~30 minutes later and parked for less than 2 hours. I was issued a ticket and tried to dispute this but no matter how many times I have reached out to this company, there has been zero reply. Utterly unprofessional and absolutely scammy behavior.Ticket number was ******.

We are unable to investigate as the violation number this complaint references is not a correct violation number.  Our violation numbers are 10 digits.  Without a valid license plate or citation number it is impossible to respond.  If this person was parked on the ********* lot on 1st Avenue it is possible to have received a violation as parking is free but it is limited to once a day for up to 2 hours.  Leaving and coming back does not start the clock again.

IPM ticketed my car for being parked in a lot for which I had already paid. They sent me receipt with their logo to my email. I still got a ticket for $80 with notice number **********. I would like the ticket waived and the original parking payment refunded for the inconvenience that IPM has caused with their incompetence.

We parked in a parking lot on 3/26/24 and paid for parking using the code on the sign which is located upon entering. When we returned to our vehicle, we were surprised to see we had a parking violation. There were a few other signs located in the lot itself, however the entry sign was extremely misleading. We filed a dispute on 3/31/24 with www.IPMviolations.com, sent an email on 4/29/24 and 5/3/24. We have not received a response, although they imply they will reply with 2-3 business days. I received an erroneous ticket from International Parking Management this evening. I paid $21.89 to LAZ Parking, the only parking signage viewable at the 5th and ******* lot in the international district in *******. They put a ticket with an $80.00 charge on it. Why is there no communication between LAZ and IPM? This feels like a scam.

I received a parking ticket April 6, 2024 in *******. I have never had a parking violation in the past. I paid for 180 minutes in an International Parking Management lot at 5th and ******* 5:10 I received a text to my phone which said paid. The parking machine said parking good until 11pm. OK, it said I'm good until 11pm! I came back to my car at 9:30 pm to find a violation (#**********) that said "no advanced payment at 8:13.26pm." I then received a text at 10:51 "that my time remaining was 8 min 6 sec expiring today." I am an elderly woman and cannot understand WHY I received this ticket. THIS IS SO CONFUSING! I followed the directions and now I find that the system they are using is very confusing and misleading. On April 8, 2024, I filed a request to cancel my ticket, checked my email EVERYDAY AND NO RESPONSE, no US mail response and no way to reach them by phone. It's been 12 days and now I am forced to pay the ticket in 2 days or get a penalty fee of 20 more dollars. This feels like a scam and a company who takes advantage of people, especially the elderly who aren't tech savvy. Can anyone help me out there?

IPM will reduce this violation to a warning.  It appears that license plate entered,at the time of purchase, was incorrect.  The receipt shows plate CCL4066 but the vehicle is actually CCL0466.

As this customer stated, we did reduce the violation to a warning.  There was nothing for this customer to pay.  We can not refund a charge that we have no record of.  The customer had entered her license plate incorrectly when she paid for parking.  The parking violation was reduced to a warning on 4/29/24.

I am new to parking in *******. Until now I have only seen lots that pay on exit so you can pay for the hours you have consumed. When we parked; exited the vehicle; and left the building on foot we did not see any signs telling us to pay up front. I returned to a $80 ticket on my car. I've tried calling this business over the phone but could not leave the automated system; I have emailed them; I have issued a dispute; none of these have worked getting in contact with a person at this company. While I have been waiting, my 14-day leniency window has lapsed, and now I owe them even more money which could have been avoided. I want to discuss having this fee waived or reduced as-is common for other customers but I am not able to get ahold of anyone here.

On Saturday, January 13, 2024 I was given a parking violation notice. I am not from town as Im visiting from ******* and not to familiar on how parking works. When I enter the parking lot there was a sign stating to use kiosk to pay for parking, there was another lady trying to use it and it wasnt working or unresponsive. The sign said to use the app PayByPhone. I downloaded the app and paid for parking. I have an email confirmation stating it was paid, along with my car rental agreement. I a filed a dispute several days ago on yours website and no response has been given. Notice# **********, Vehicle Plate# CGW1908. I have emailed the company several times and no response has been given, I have went online and filled the contact information page and no response either. It is impossible to reach out to anyone with the number provided. See attachments showing proof that I had paid for parking and was fined for no reason. I will be sending a certify letter by mail next as I have exhausted all methods of contact with them. I will be contacting my attorney for further guidance next.
