I pay for monthly parking at the City Parking garage#*** at ****** ****** Ave. On August 3, 2022 I notice damages to my vehicle I spoke to the parking attendant manager and he put in a claim gave me the claims number to report damages and he said they would repair it. *** emailed the claims department they responded it would take 7 to 10 business days and they would investigate and repair the problems, months went by nothing, no investigation no repairs. I reached out to them a few months later to no avail. On March 10,2023 I noticed more damages scrapes and scratches on my driver side bumper. I filed another report and sent pictures once again they responded but still waiting for an investigation and for them to fix my suv. I still park there and pay a monthly bill. I am a paying customer and these people wont take take full responsibility for the negligence of their employees. I drive a 2020 ******* Santa Fe that lease is up next year I refuse to have to pay for damages I did not do. I need some assistance, I can not afford a lawyer but I think its time I take them to small claims court. If that is the case I still want to report this parking garage for the poor business, bad customer service, and lack of professionalism.

Stated price that was doubled without notice upon retrieving car. Difficulty getting contact info/phone number/manager name and info from employees. No explanation for almost doubling price to $40 instead of the advertised $21. There was no notification of a surcharge for a larger vehicle written or verbal. Finally got a phone number, was hung up on and lied to regarding calling back. His name: ********************* ************. Entirely awful reviews warranted and this is a scam, shocked that the City has not created more accountability here, this will drive business away from the area. Clear that the proper info was purposefully being withheld and not made available in docs typically required to operate. Not to mention, rude service, clear they did not feel like anyone could/would hold them to account. Sincerely hope this operation needs accountability, hoping this feedback is taken seriously.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding an ongoing issue at the city parking garage located at ****************************************************. On May 22, 2023, I filed a complaint regarding the presence of a raccoon in the garage. Unfortunately, despite my previous complaint, the situation has worsened, leading to significant damage to my vehicle. As a loyal and punctual monthly client since the garage's inception, I have always trusted that my car would be securely protected within the premises. However, it is disheartening to inform you that not only has the garage gate been broken for over a month, but there has also been a persistent raccoon problem that remains unresolved. This issue poses a significant risk to the safety and security of our vehicles.Initially, my concern arose when I discovered footprints on my car, which I promptly reported. Regrettably, less than a week later, I now find scratches and additional damage on my vehicle. This situation is completely unacceptable. I pay $200 a month for a service that should ensure the protection of my vehicle, not expose it to potential harm.I am writing this email to seek a resolution to these problems and request compensation for the damages caused. Attached you will find photographs clearly depicting the extent of the damage my vehicle has incurred. IT IS NOW JUNE ****************************** I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, as it has been ongoing for far too long without any apparent action taken.

I came into work to park my car in the morning without any damage then when I went to leave the garage after work, I discovered the two damaged parts. It occurred on 2 separate occasions within a month. I approached the parking assistants about it but the conversation did not go anywhere so that is when I reached out to the manager he put through a complaint. On 1/11/23 I received a request by email for info and pictures with **** ******* AS my assigned case and I forwarded them a further explanation with the pictures on 1/12/23. I received no response. I then followed up with emails on 1/23/23, 2/25/23 and then on 3/22/23 as well as calling and leaving messages at least 4 times and have not received a phone call or any type of communication. They advised not to get any work done until I hear back from them. I still have not heard back. I do not know what to do at this point.

My wife and I went to The Beacon on 3/9/23. We parked in a "24 hr. Parking" garage operated by City Parking at *** * **** **. We told the attendant we would be back at midnight. He said nothing and handed us a claim ticket. After the show, we walked back to find the door closed. We rang the bell. No answer. We called. No answer. We called City Parking. No answer. The security guy next door told us that ******* * **** ** garage had another entrance at *************************** We walked over and the attendant told us he couldn't get our car. We asked why, when we said we were returning at midnight, the other attendant didn't tell us they would be closing early, or to use the **** ** entrance, or why he didn't transfer our keys over. He had no answer. We explained that we lived 2.5 hours away, our dogs were at home, and our house keys were in the car. He said there was nothing he or anyone else at City Parking could do.So, we paid $398.88 for a ride home. We then broke into our house, took care of our dogs, and went to bed.The next day, I hired a ride back for $184.68. Upon arrival, I saw the same attendant who parked our car. I asked why he didn't tell me they would be closing at the time I said I would be returning, or to use the **** ** entrance, or why he didn't give our keys to the other attendant. He shrugged his shoulders and couldn't have cared less. Another attendant came over and asked for my ticket. I asked him the same thing. He also shrugged and couldn't have cared less. He pointed to a taped-up piece of paper saying they were temporarily operating from 6 AM-12 AM. I asked why they didn't bring this to our attention when they knew we were coming back at the time they would be closing, and he shrugged and said I owed them an additional $52 if I wanted my car back. So, I had to pay $635.56, miss a day of work, and spend 7 hours traveling to/from *** to deal with this entirely avoidable situation.

I am monthly ****** #** at the ** * *** ** **********************. Had no issues when ********************** was owned by ICON. On January 11 of 2023, 1 claim ******* was filed for damages to the front passenger side tire wall and rim, as well the driver side mirror. Received message stating claim was acknowledged on 1/16/2023, investigation to be concluded in **** business days. Provided a quote for repairs - $1,050.58. Was never contacted by ********************** after this point until my vehicle was again damaged on February 22 of 2023. Arrived and driver side tire was blown out from new sidewall damage and a scratched rim from the attendant (blue paint transfer on rim from rack the car was on), 1 additional claim now *******. Vehicle is now undrivable. Needed my spare tire in case the other tire blew out that they damaged under the first claim.********************** claims finally contacted me on 2/23/23 at 12:43 PM stating that 1 tire was ordered and they would exchange it at the **********************. Requested repairs be completed at a licensed repair facility and all at once due to claims department trying to say the issue is only 1 tire and neglect the issue of all the other damages. Said on 2/23/23 at 12:58 pm that repair in body shop is an option but that the 'boss' would have to review the estimate. First claim estimate was already provided and ignored. Provided another estimate to resolve both claims on 2/24/23 at 10:10 am - new amount is $1,573.17. Claims responded stating that quote would be reviewed by director of operations on 2/27/23. Did not hear from claims until 2/28/23 at 3:09 pm, after multiple follow *** claims says they are waiting for estimate from their body shop. Requested to speak with director of operations directly, request ignored. Claims not responding to further calls or emails. Claims department is repeatedly unreachable by phone. ********************** manager (*****) has only been helpful in person, acknowledges fault of ********************** attendants handling my vehicle but he also has troubles reaching claims.

My car was parked in a city parking garage located on 67st between York Ave & 1st on February 21st. Upon picking up the vehicle the attendant advise my wife that he accidentally damaged the car which has severely damaged the drivers side mirror. He had her fill out an accident report and advised that we would hear from the claims department within 24 hours. I have emailed the claims department several times and still havent been contacted by anyone to pay for the damages to my vehicle. *** also spoken to the manager ***** on February 28 who told me that I would hear from the claims department in 24 hours which I still have not. I called the claims department and was unsuccessful reaching anyone and the voice mail also isnt accessible. I want the damages done to my car to be paid for in addition to any out of pocket cost due to the fact that the car is now out of commission.
